Here is a link to the folder with 9 pictures from the event at Carmel NY, they are from the 19th of August, the Saturday. Day when Penor Rinpoche bestowed teachings on topics related to Buddhist Refuge and gave Refuge vows to many people in attendance. Earlier on same day when every one gathered near the Manhattan shuttle bus to go to Carmel NY, which was kindly arranged by organizers, we saw a rainbow right above the bus, and it seemed very auspicious.
